The toilet bowl upon our arrival have something seems they dont clean it before designating it to us.🤮. The floor at the restroom is also not clean there are lots of stains. As for the staff, she have a hard time communicating in tagalog or english. Try to inform her on our concern but she just gives me a nod but no action. But overall we will still book this place. The concerns are just petty and improvable

I stayed 22 to 29 April, 2024, warning, this hotel is very bad, the staff and management systematically steal from guests, when you are out of the room, they steal cash or personal belongings from your room. CCTV is there, but not in use. I reported to police, but they not interested, as I found out it happened to previous guests. Owner / manager refuse to talk to me, they are aware of what is happening and don't care. Staff come and go as they want, stay here at your own risk, all hotels in Gensan are better...

Fairly good place for 900 PHP / Night. White walls. White bed. Shower. Hot and cold water. Proper toilet. Has a balcony to watch the streets. Flatscreen TV. WiFi. Air Con. Nearby local restaurants. Gate guard. Polite receptionist. The midnight Receptionist even went out of her way to make me a personal cup of coffee. That was awesome. She...
