My 5-star restaurant. 01 The ambiance. The place was not big but it was nice, neat and organized. 02 The Menu presentation. It was clean, with clear description of the food. 03 The presentation of food. The food were well presented including the portioning. 04 The service and the staff. The staff were friendly, attentive and alert. The food and drinks were served on time and correct. 05 The billing. The prices of the food were reasonable, the details of billing receipt were clear. 06 The restroom. The restroom was generic, clean. I am pleased that they installed a coat and hat hook. They even have hand drier and strainer on the lavatory for their preventive maintenance. 07 Parking. Since it was located inside the mall, the parking was never a problem and it was free and accessible. Note: We will definitely come back. I’ve been a big fan of this chain for a while, especially since it has such a strong Pinoy vibe. However, I’ve noticed the quality has declined over the years. One example is their once-amazing tofu sisig. I was a fan long before it became a best seller, but sadly, the taste has changed—and not for the better. Thankfully, their chicken is still delicious and remains a go-to favorite for me.

Unfortunately, the dining experience this time wasn’t great. The air conditioning was off (not sure if it was under repair), making it humid and uncomfortable. It also didn’t help that they removed some of the cozy couch seating. The overall ambiance just wasn’t something I’d want to experience again.

Max’s Robinsons Gen Tri is a recommendable place to dine. Since this mall is not that much packed compared to other malls here in Cavite, it will give you enough time to enjoy your food and be seated asap and no waiting time. It may take time to prepare the food since they are still cooking it, but rest assured that it is served hot and fresh. The chicken is tender and tastefull, but smaller in size.
