Figaro Coffee - Legazpi City — Restaurant in Legazpi

So we went there last Feb 14, we were so looking forward to coming to the place since they had good reviews on their site about the service and the food but we kinda had a disappointing experience. The chicken in the chicken pesto focaccia was dry and basically tasteless, the arrabbiata was okay but it only had a spit-like amount of parmesan on top. Then the garden herb pasta had a bitter aftertaste. My friend even said it tasted similar to 'buyo'. Although I could say that the chicken Waldorf sandwich was a good 7.5 out of 10. And we were not a fan of their tropical fruit tea. In terms of plating, they could definitely do better, I mean for their price range and portion size. I even had to fix the plating myself coz it was messy and not rly instagramable. It was like a blobb of pasta with sauce put onto our plates. Lastly, the staff def needs more training. No repeating of orders and their staffs stare too much. Me and my friend really felt there were eyes watching us. It was kinda bothersome.

FYI, this is just an honest review on what we've experienced, not throwing shade or any sort. I guess their salads were their bestsellers based on other customer's orders. But would we comeback and recommend to friends? I...

WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE HERE ON A FATHER'S DAY! poor staff orientation.other customers were given a pitcher of water while we were not.we asked for it 4 times.at my 2nd request they gave 3 glasses of water when in fact we were 5 persons. then i told the cashier herself why don't they give us a pitcher of water while all the other 3 tables with a group has. they didnt take my orders enthusiastically or at least with interest and giving importance.she said she will come back for my other orders but she was gone.i have to come to the cashier for additional orders . when we left they never said thank u. conclusion: they want only rich people in that resto.i felt so bad because i thought iam a professional with a nice salary and my husband in a business and we can pay for our food, we can be treated nicely BUT FIGARO STAFF did not like middle class customers. ME and MY CLAN WILL NEVER EVER COME AGAIN FIGARO NEAR...

Great ambiance. Staffs are approachable. I love their food esp pastas, a must try and their bacon cheese sandwich. Place is spacious and usually crowded during afternoon. They have eat all you can buffet every friday 6am-10am i guess. Just check ‘em out. Located beside Angel’s Pizza at Old Albay, Legazpi City.
