Inflexible, surely server. Sneaky billing. We asked the vegetarian options for breakfast. We were told salad???

We eventually ordered french toast and they said they could remove the bacon. But it would be the same price. Fair enough we asked for an egg in it's place. The server said yes.

Went to the till came back and said sorry only egg, extra egg 20 pesos.

I asked if the bacon or egg was more expensive. She said the bacon. We said fine as it was but obviously annoyed you've said yes then come back to me to change your mind.

Ok food nothing special. We would have gone every day for a week as we are staying next door. But now we will go to the pancake restaurant. All for 20 pesos. Which by the way the gave the extra egg and then...

Service and food: 3 / 5 Location :4 / 5 Parking: limited About food: garlic sotanghon is super greasy and oily. Hearty club sandwich was too buttery and sweet Special halo halo was super sweet. I can't taste the other ingredients like ice cream and flan. I tasted brown sugar. Pistachio crunch: I recommend this one. Not too sweet and perfect amount for dessert

Service: too slow. Everything was slow from serving the food, the bill and for to go

Location: front of SM Lipa. You can park at SM lipa and just walk across using the footbridge

Note: if you are looking for good food(lunch or dinner) this is not the best...

Ambiance, Food was great. Served its purpose. The house was full at that time. Customers keep coming in. The staff are very busy and we understand that. There's this lady staff who never did what we asked or what we requested (like ice, water, napkins...) but Mikko was super nice and took care of us. He should be commended for the excellent customer service he provided. At one point, we actually walk to the staff to ask for something. We know how stressful they are and hoping our little gesture to make their work a little bit easier...
