Service is horrible. Appetizers came but had to ask coz we have no utensils. We're in the middle of dinner and had to ask glasses and water ( which taste like gripo water). No customer service mentality, no attention to detail, sad faces of all staffs. Wait there's more, they do charge 8% service charge. We'll, thank you for that service! What a joke!
Ordered a roll, 15 mins later they said they don't have a roll. Then another 10mins passed and our other order of kakiage is not available as well. Seriously? Food is horrible. Super low quality and doesn't justify the price. Bland, super sad Gyoza I've seen in my entire life. Super hard katsu (pwede gawing pamato sa tumbang presyo).

If I'm a franchisee of this restaurant, based on all the negative reviews and no improvements, I would have already sell it coz bankruptcy is just around the corner waiting to happen. This trio of resto of max, teriyaki boy and pancake house is just a complete disaster.

I am not being finicky but the floors were very slippery and smelt of damp when we visited. For an older person point of view it was quite a hazard as it was quite slippery.
We’ve asked what was their bestseller, recommendations of chopsey, totally disappointing - same with Pinakbet and the pancit canton. Even the halo halo was served as we were eating the main meal. I wouldn’t come back to eat in here, shame as they used to be very good.

The big guy I think he is the manager he did not tell us about the promos you have in your restaurant when you have a vaccine card and your bill is over 500 pesos you'll get free halohalo. And when your bill is over 1000 pesos you'll get free meal for kid. Good thing I know about the promo what if I dont ? And when I asked him I want to avail the promo, he doesnt look so happy about it. He even told me that there is no spaghetti for the free kid meal but it is actually a pancit chicken and rice included in the free meal so I just said Ok its fine we'll just take the halohalo.
