One of THE ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever experienced in my 26 yrs of living in this world. The management of their staff is all over the place. I don't know who was supposed to be taking reservations or who was supposed to be our waiter.
Firstly, they took the orders of the people who looked a bit more well before us WHILE we were still not given a menu. We were 5 dudes who just played basketball. The discrimination was really apparent but I decided not to say something about it BUT what I did say though is that they didn't even served us anything while the people after us already got a menu and was about to order.
The food took 30 minutes after ordering BUT that was only because I told them that we were waiting for so long. The food didn't even come out hot, it was already lukewarm.
They also made the mistake of giving the WRONG bill. We got the one from the table next to us and them ours.

We can understand that they are busy when we visited but none of them seem to like their job. Nobody’s approachable, no one’s professional, or maybe I am expecting a lot.
Shakey’s PH should audit this location, they are investing a lot on marketing and improvement but this store’s service team is not at par. A lot of people are looking for jobs after the pandemic, your current team doesn’t appreciate their job.
Don’t spend your hard earned money in this branch, spend it elsewhere where you will be treated well.

Read moreWe came in a normal day .. not a weekend. Food are good especially the pizza. Chicken not really in the 'taste' but overall are Ok. Service need to be monitored. Which come first has to be served first...though waiter think guest's comes later looks have money but all are the same as we pay the Bill. Lack Speed of Service... Guest's who come and sit down...must get water first before food arrived. I saw other guest approached waiter station to get something they need. Manager need to move around and checking all guest's satisfaction, not only checking Kitchen. Friendliness of the staff 'excellent' though I knew they were so busy. Hope everything will be better...
