Zark's Burgers - SM City Lipa — Restaurant in Lipa

Me and my 3 kids visited today around 4pm and , I was just so disappointed with the kind of customer service they are providing from staff to the manager I think who is wearing a different uniform. Did’nt hear any single word from the crew , as the order was not taken properly, no smiles at all .. 3 drinks ordered was bottomless but we have to call 3 times for the staff to refill it and the glass was just half filled only by ice tea.. I asked for the bill and the bill was $1095 , I gave P1100 , but I am willing to give more than for tip as I normally do but I just wanted to see how are they in terms of receiving payment still no thank u no anything from the staff who took the money and we were still there sitting for 5mins as my niece called in and said they are coming but 5 mins was over , I saw the that the staff forwarded the payment to the manager I think who was standing on the register but nothing even returning to us for For the receipt atleast , not with the P5 peso change but nothing.. I told my kids to step out and better to wait for my niece outside and look for other burger store to eat as this store was so disgusting. # No more repeat business for us# POOR...

If I could leave zero stars on the service, I would. The staff was unapproachable and not friendly at all, the waiter who was serving us slammed the food on our table and we didn't do anything to upset him or the management. We even waited outside at first to see if someone was going to approach us for a seat but no one came for us. It's just so disappointing celebrating a birthday this way. OK so this is part of a National chain now, but sadly the venue in Lipa does not live upto the same quality of experience to the MOA outlet.

The food itself although similar dies not seem to be of the same standard or size, whilst the price is.

Located on the 2nd floor near to the Cinema entrance it is ideal for the pre or post screening that you might be seeing.

WOULD I RECOMMEND? Yes give it a go.
