A good place to eat authentic Vietnamese food. For some time, I did not notice the place, but I am grateful that it was recommended to me.
The food is great. I definitely recommend the beef noodle (Pho Bho). I also tried the vermicelli with shrimp and it is tasty. The fried rice with chicken is also good, but not that unique. There are also minor details that they could do to improve the dish. The price is somewhat higher as compared to other dining places in Los Baños, but it is also cheaper than those establishments that offer other cuisines.
A lot of comments I've read were also about the place. Yes, the place does not have air conditioner, and is somewhat run down. It may not pass the standards of some, but personally for me it has its own sort of vibe. It is a peaceful restaurant which is not that common in Elbi, and I liked that. It could however improve by allowing more natural light to brighten up the place, and by being cleaner.

The soup was refreshing with the right balance -- tangy, herby, citrusy. We also had fresh spring rolls, sauteed chicken with lemongrass, fried rice with chicken ang cold tamarind juice. Phuong, the old Vietnamese lady who owns the place, cooks the dishes herself. Be prepared to wait. It's worth it! Cost per head...
