Sad experience for us who visited the place with only an intention of taking our late lunch since this place had good reviews. We even paid an expensive cost for our transpo. only for this. The place is actually nice with cozy ambience. It does not take too long for us to have our seats considering the long line. The girl in the reception is a plus coz she is really nice. However, once we are done with our orders it took so long before they serve the Quatro Formaggi. This pasta though really taste soooo good which I think is their own hand made pasta stuff with cheese. Then, after a long wait the Inihaw na Sari-saring gulay was served and the lady actually asked us if our orders are complete and informed her that there are still the Whole Chicken Inasal, rice, and 5 mango shakes not serve. The inihaw na sari saring gulay never looked as "sari-sari" to me coz it only consist of eggplant and an okra well with a tomato which is not a gulay and we never get to taste it coz we are waiting for our other orders. We waited for about 30 to 45 mins and are all really impatient coz besides being hungry it is really upsetting that those guest who came later than us was actually served with their food and almost done eating while we are still waiting for ours and with no update what-so-ever! We followed up again only for the waiter to inform us that the chicken is "isasalang pa lang". At first I thought I might heard it wrong and asked again and in deed we waited for morethan an hour only to find out they did not even start cooking it yet! So disappointed that we just asked to cancel our orders and we will just pay for the pasta. The Manager did approached us and was informed that they are still waiting for the chicken to be delivered. Whaaaaaattttt????!!! So they are out of chicken and they did not informed us so we could have change our orders if they informed us beforehand. They had several chances to do that, we even made several followed ups and they never did. We just cancelled our orders and opted to look for another place to eat. Walked inside, you'll see some benches on the side where you can prolly dine and rest after eating inside. After that, you'll be welcomed with their grill, kitchen that looks like it hasn't been washed/cleaned properly, refrigerator is deteriorating - lots of rust inside and the exterior looks like it was a house that they turned into a restaurant. (Just giving people some visual description to manage expectations)
We are technically new at this place, however NO ONE assisted us on where we can sit considering the place is kind of huge - you can either go straight the table same floor, or go downstairs as there's plenty of seat there as well.
Crew double checked our order, but managed to forget giving our rice - didn't asked for it anymore and asked for refund instead. Personally loved their pizza - Pepperoni Basil (eat it while it's fresh from the oven to get the experience) and spiced fries. We bought Melon and Mango Milkshake, they're good.
Ambiance is for intimate gathering, chill drinks. I don't like their setting, feels kind of stuffy, furnitures are very close to each other. Food is expensive, so expect to pay 1k and up even though you're only dining for 2pax.

Contrary to the raves about this restaurant, we experienced the total opposite. Got seated after 15 minutes of waiting (pretty reasonable considering the place was packed last night). An hour and a half after placing our orders, only five out of 10 orders arrived—not to mention how they served it one by one with 15 to 20-minute intervals. Food got cold before they even served the rice. Despite constant follow-ups, nothing was done to speed up nor prioritize our orders. I had to personally follow-up at their grilling area/outdoor kitchen, which just showed how completely unorganized they were and none of the pending orders were being prepared even at that point. We were asked to wait for 15 minutes, no thank you. After deciding to cancel our orders and just leave the place, we waited another 25 minutes for them to settle our bill.
Food was average. Their classic cheeseburger was passable; pesto pasta with chicken was drowned in butter; Caesar salad was sloppy; grilled oysters weren’t fresh; the only thing we enjoyed were their fries.
Service and management needs serious fine-tuning. Huge disappointment that even their head waiter and manager clearly lacked the skills and training to properly address such instances. Some of the servers were courteous enough, however, they were understandably overwhelmed and/or overworked.
