The place and service, was definitely 5* The cafe is located inside the hotel near the reception. A perfect place to hang out while waiting for the room or while waiting for pick up after check out. It is also a good place to just visit for a coffee. Princess has exceptional service, two of the macaroons we bought were stale, right away she tried to rectify by offering to change it, she is empowered and very professional. It was a good gesture but we refused it, we just did not want, we were fine for one each. The coffee was okay, it was perfectly hot. They do not serve it in a mug just take away cups. The place and service was very good. Staff was very helpful, cheerful and courteous. As for the food, the crepes were meh, honestly with all the toppings on the crepes you’d expect flavor but i finished it and I cant name or remember anything I like about it. 🤨 If you’ve eaten at Cafe Breton, you’d understand that a brown butter crepe has more flavor and matches the lightness a crepe should have, but this is my personal taste.

If you want desserts, perhaps stick to their chocolates, gelato and cakes, those were okay. Crepes not so much for me, but...
