Jollibee AP Reyes- Evangelista PRC — Restaurant in Makati

Found this Jollibee hack online and decided to try it, I tried ordering MMC burger steak and fries + C1(spicy). Got confused since it was supposed to be a total of 188 and what happened is that I ordered with a total amount of 152, and what happened is that C1 + reg fries and a drink got ordered, so I just followed up the MMC Burger steak and fries as another order, so basically I paid more than what I asked for. It's my first time eating out at Jollibee, the food was great, service is great, cleanliness 100%. Please don't scold the lady at the counter tho, maybe she's just tired I mean it's 8 in the morning. Will sure come back...

I bought 2x 1-piece chicken with rice ala carte and waited 1 hour. Yes, (more than) ONE HOUR. I made 3 follow-ups and the front desk crew/cashier just kept telling me my order was still being processed. I saw people with palabok+regular chicken meals being claimed knowing they order later than me 😠

I was too tired to argue and don't want to make scene so I just cancelled my order with the manager.

Not even a hint of apology heard fromt he crew that passed me around except for...

Rude service crew! With name tag JHAY! mothers day when I came to buy a 4 pc chicken no rice no drinks for take out the cashier told me to wait for 20mins then I decided to go home after paying and getting my receipt because there’s a lot of customers and I am very tired from work. After 40mins I came back to get my order my number was 1010. I saw the other customers whose orders are also chicken with numbers 1027 and 2000+ was being assemble by 2 service crews. I ask them why number 1010 was not yet ready for pick up? 2 crews told me “wala pa po” after 5 mins after seeing there’s a lot of chicken being assemble infront of me I said “hi miss wala pa din po ba yung order kong 4 pc chicken? Wala namang rice or drinks yun hindi naka-meal bakit po kaya wala pa din kasi yung mga inaassemble nyo chicken na naka meal?” And the this bastos na crew named JHAY told me “te ito na oh, wait lang te, ito na nga te oh” I told her na “bakit ang tagal 2000+ na yung numbers dito na inaassemble nyo kung di pa ako mag follow up paulit ulit di nyo ko papansinin?” And then JHAY told me “di ko alam tanong mo sakanila oh” sabay turo dun sa mga cashier and dalawang managers na nakatalikod na nakaharap sa computer. All of the crews I encountered there were polite and respectful except for that crew na so rang BASTOS!!! even the guard I ask him kung anong name ng crew kasi nakalabas na ako, he told me na hindi ko alam pangalan nyan! Talaga ba so pati security personnel nyo di alam kung sino mga employees sa loob ano taga bukas at sara lang ng ponyo...
