Okay, so I get that this is supposed to be a family diner, but I was surprised that the cashier wasn’t really that family-friendly. We waited in line for a while, and she helped the person after me without checking if I was done with the menu. I let that slide, but when it was finally our turn to order, things went downhill. I just asked for one tocilog and an iced tea since I wasn’t that hungry, while my partner just wanted to eat.

To my annoyance, she forgot the iced tea, so I had to go back to the counter to order it again. She actually ignored me for a few minutes before taking my order. And when I finally got the iced tea, it was way too sweet—like, seriously, what are you trying to do here, make honey out of it? Where's the actual tea taste? Overall, the tocilog was okay, but not great. It tasted like frozen goods you’d get from the grocery store rather than...

This is one of the first restaurants that I had dined in with good memory when I first came to Philippines to work. However, I don’t know what happened to it, I am shocked with what I have for my order, which you can see from my photo, and it cost 350 for it.

All in all, the portion size with what I ordered doesn’t feel right for me. The taste is okay though.

I like their ambiance and the staff is friendly, just don’t like they want you to pay them first upon ordering.

By the way, they did fix the air conditioner issue or it’s just that less people dine on the weekdays and I don’t feel hot though even in hot weather outside or maybe I sit where the air conditioner is...

I think Banapple is newly opened here at Circuit. And we're so glad because we so love their cakes! It's a great place to relax and chat with friends, and for couples too! I would like to give it a perfect five stars, but sadly there are cockroaches in their kitchen. :( I hope they maintain the cleanliness of the place.
