My friends and I in medschool would always have the pleasure of dining at Seven Mannah, and it will always be an unforgettable experience. Nestled in the heart of Makati City, this charming restaurant offers a delightful array of authentic Indian cuisine that leave my taste buds dancing with joy. First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show : their food. Every dish I have tried was a testament to the chef's mastery of flavor and technique. The Buttered Mutton was succulent and perfectly seasoned, while the Chicken Biryani and Mutton Biryani were fragrant and packed with spices that transported me straight to the streets of India. But what truly stole my heart was their Rose Lassi , a divine concoction that made me feel like it was Valentine's Day with every sip. It's no wonder they say that bringing someone to Seven Mannah for their Rose Lassi might just seal the deal! In addition to these standout dishes, Seven Mannah also offers a variety of other mouthwatering options. Their Kulke Chole, in particular, is a must try. Legend has it that this dish holds the key to winning over the heart of your beloved, and after tasting it at Seven Mannah, I can certainly see why. Each bite was bursting with flavor and left me craving more. But it's not just the food that makes Seven Mannah exceptional, it's the entire dining experience. The staff, including the friendly owner, are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels right at home. And let's not forget about the Aloo Tikki Chat, which was a delightful appetizer that perfectly sets the stage. And what better way to end a meal at Seven Mannah than with a steaming cup of Chai paired with their homemade Gulab Jamun? It's the perfect sweet finish to an already unforgettable dining experience. Seven Mannah is more than just a restaurant, it's a culinary oasis, our home, our headquarters where every dish tells a story and every bite is a celebration of flavor. Whether you're a seasoned lover of Indian cuisine or just looking to embark on a gastronomic adventure, Seven Mannah is sure to delight your senses and leave you...
Read moreLoved the food because it's really tasty and affordable. I really liked how it's not just heat that you are getting also there are different types of herbs and spice that come through the dishes. My personal favorite is the Kulche Chloe because the bread was so soft and pillowy with the mix of potatoes and chickpeas inside having different textures. The different spices just hits you like a bomb and there's a hit of sour that is refreshing. 1 order feels like a good afternoon snack. If you're going for a meal maybe at least get 2-3. The sizzling tofu was also notable with a good umami taste but also creamy with mayo. Chicken biryani was another flavor bomb of a dish. I do wish it had more chicken and yogurt on the side. The spices didn't feel as diverse. Samosas were great because it gave a different type of flavor from the rest of the dishes. The sweet tamarind sauce just works with samosas and the Kulche Chloe. Shani Paneer was also a surprise dish because the sauce just works well with the cheese. It's a good neutraliser from all that spices from everything we order but also the sause was good addition to the biryani and chapati. Buttered Chicken probably my least from the food we got but still really good. The initial taste didn't have the kick I was looking for but the chef gave us additional powder that gave that kick. I was looking for a little thicker and a bit more yogurty sauce. It didn't feel as much of a flavor bomb as the other dishes we had. Rose Lassi to cap it off. Amazing drink to cleanse the palate with it being cold and sweet and very rose.
Overall great place. Service is a little nitpick. The buttered chicken just came out late because it wasnt punched and the food took time but it's okay because the staff were extremely friendly. The place is also quite small. Not the place to go for big crowds. But...
Read moreWe had a great experience at Seven Mannah Indian Fusion.
It's in a gas station with plenty of parking. But they block off the parking to protect it for the customers. So if you want to eat there. Just let them know and they'll happily clear the parking.
We've had great Indian food in the past. Especially abroad. This is the best so far I've had locally in the Philippines. Their menu is limited but they don't miss anything. Each item we ordered was such high quality.
We got Shahi paneer which my sister said was the best she had in the Philippines. Better than the other Indian restaurants she tried. The chicken biryani had so much flavor. The chicken was soft, juicy and also full of flavor. This could only be done if the chicken was marinated for a long time. Their drinks are great. Good lassi and rose flavor. They don't skimp on quality or flavor
We had great aloo tikki Chaat. It tastes just as great as the authentic places we had in Canada with the yoghurt and chutneys.
This is the first place I've seen them have a chole(chickpeas) in a deep fried bread. So delicious! Better hot. I think their Indian food is a mix of small and strong classics like butter paneer, chicken The quality of the paneer is top notch. And also the chicken biryani as well.
But they also have the snack foods and sandwiches that are famous in Indian street food. If you want to try an authentic taste. There's good Chaat options that are just as good as the mains.
Another bonus is the owner has been in the Philippines for 20 years and speaks Tagalog like a local. Parang taga dito na talaga siya. The food is authentic but the service has the Filipino heart. It's not the fanciest place in the gas station. But the food is stronger and better than the more expensive places with bigger menus but can't offer great quality...
