This cozy little Japanese place has been on our list for a while now. We were celebrating our 2 kids' moving up and decided to have dinner here. Good thing there weren't a lot of diners when we came in. We were immediately seated, given the menu and was served with hot egg drop soup and water. We had tonkatsu, California maki, omu rice (plain and bulgogi), steamed gyoza and bento. I especially enjoyed the gyoza and omu rice 😋. My husband gave me a dilis with veggies side dish - and this dilis is kinda sweet and very crispy. They also serve finely shredded cabbage with Kewpie mayo (I think) and it's really delish. We had to buy our own drinks from a nearby 7-11 because I think their 1 liter drink won't be enough for my teenagers. It kinda gets hot in the dining area as the resto is small yet kawaii ☺️. The staff are friendly and are attentive to your needs. I definitely recommend this place!!! Oh and the price is VERY friendly!!! For 7 dishes, I got to pay less than...

A great street food restaurant to eat in. This is just along side evangelista at bangkal.

They have a lot of varieties of japanese food to offer. The prices range from Php 100-200

A little bit pricy I guess as each order is delicious but I feel still hungry afterwards.

This is because of my metabolism right? Lol

I can recommend this actually anyway.

A bit of recommendation to improve on. Please try to remove the trash at the side of the road which is exposed while eating. It doesnt stink when I was here but it is bothering.

At the same time I am seeing a staff taking a cigarette while we're eating near to us. Please go far when you're doing it.

Because this remove the great experience in this area as not all people love smelling a second hand smoke or dont smoke at all

Overall kudos...

We were craving for japanese foods with my friends and suddenly kaito showed up in our google search around bangkal makati area. We directly took the chance to dine in here. Since there are a lot of people dining in, the server gave us the sit near their main kitchen. It was outside but its okay, we will be near the kitchen (the goal). It took them around 10-15min to provide the order we asked from them. For the food, it is great. It is not that expensive, unlike to other japanese restaurant. Service is great, their servers are very accomodating.

We dined in the first time around November. We ate here twice already. It's still a great...
