Read moreWe booked this property via Agoda.com on the same day of check in. To make sure it is recorded in the system at the hotel, I actually called them and they confirmed it was noted. As always, here is my detailed review of our stay.||||a. Check-in/out - we advised them we will arrive late and they acknowledged. We reached the hotel around almost midnight and met a few hotel guests also at the check in counter. At that time, we were really exhausted as we came from my mother's bday party so we would like really to go to our room and have a quick rest as our flight back to Singapore is in the afternoon. Surprisingly, we only waited 5 minutes and the guests ahead of us proceeded already to their room. For our booking, she took only 3 mins and hand out the key to us. Just a minor concern, maybe for those guests with elderly people, they might need some time to reach their room, as the hotel does not have a lift, so you need to take the stairs. Checking out is also a breeze, no issue and was able to leave the place as planned.||b. Room - we booked for a family room but was surprised to note that we were actually upgraded to the penthouse suite. The room was spacious, with 1 single bed and 1 queen size bed. The pillows were comfortable and the bed as well. The bathroom has good size, with few toiletries available. The cabled TV was also functioning and has a good reception. The view from the room is also nice at 4F and facing the Iglesia Ni Cristo church. Actually, this is also one of the main reason we chose this hotel as we need to go to church early in Sunday morning prior to our flight back to Singapore.The only major concern I would call out on this room is that the door does not have any peephole so you will only recognize the person outside upon opening the door. I hope they can install peepholes as it also add security for the hotel guests.||c. Price - affordable and worth it.||d. Location - quite near to the airport with less than 7km away. The place around the hotel is quite safe during the morning and afternoon. As for evening, I think it would be better to be cautious. There might be no nearby restaurants, but you can rely on the food delivery service from fast food alike.||e. Staff - I was surprised that I did not experienced any issues with their staff. From the security guard who helped us upon check-in, receptionist who was super fast in handing the key card,and the room boy who helped us carry our 4 luggage to the 4th floor via stairs, they really showed their good hospitality attitude. They also assisted us on ordering via fast food delivery service and even delivered it in front of your door.||||Overall, we were really happy and satisfied with our stay. We will definitely put this hotel in our list should we require another place to stay near the airport and church.||Thanks to...
Not recommended, some of the staff are rude. At first, during our stay, the room was fine—we had reserved a 2-bedroom on the 3rd floor. On our second day, they called us saying we had to transfer to a room downstairs, which only had 1 queen bed. I was confused and asked why we had to move. Aside from the hassle, they don’t even have an elevator, and we were already comfortable in our room—we had already opened our big luggage, so it was really inconvenient, especially since we were in the middle of resting.
They said the room downstairs was actually our “original room,” so I asked why we were checked into the 3rd floor in the first place. The staff replied that another guest had supposedly booked our “original” room, which was confusing because once reserved, how could they give it to someone else? And if that was really the case, why didn’t they inform us upon our arrival that the room upstairs wasn’t really the one we booked—especially since our booking was for a two-bed room?
I asked the front desk why they gave our reserved room to another customer, and why we weren’t informed beforehand. The staff didn’t answer and just turned their back on us, then secretly talked to another staff member behind the desk. When I looked outside, I saw another customer who had just arrived and was waiting. We became doubtful that maybe that customer wanted a two-bed room and since there was none available, they tried to move us downstairs just so they could give the room to the other customer.
Also, downstairs we even saw a staff member sleeping with his upper body unclothed. When he woke up, he took a call, got mad, and shouted a bad word.
We packed our things because the staff were extremely rude. We never got our refund, and we decided to move to a condo near the airport.

Read moreDissapointing customer service! Our night was okay because they called us if we're going to extend another night. But on the second day, they did not call so we expect that there's no problem. By the time we went down to get lunch and also pay for another night, they just told us that the room we're staying is already booked to another customer. They transferred us to another room (family room with rate higher than queen room) so we accepted it and paid the rate for family room. But on the next day, it happened again. We were so dissapointed! No calls informing us that the room again is booked for the next day! And the best part? They dont have any room for us anymore! We have to move out with our luggage and bags at 12nn so we tried to call other hotel rooms but you know what? The phone in the room is not allowed for outside calls. Amazing! I rated the hotel 5 star on our 1st day but because of what happend I am now rating 1 star. Suggestion to upcoming guests, if you are not certain on the days you are going to stay in the area, this place is not for you. Better yet, book the room for the whole week because they dont care about their customers. A very BAD hotel customer service!...
