Indian Masala Curry House: A Flavor Explosion in Makati! 🇮🇳🔥

Just had the most incredible Indian feast at Indian Masala Curry House in Makati! ✨ This place has that classic old-school Indian restaurant vibe, but it's super clean and the AC keeps things cool and comfortable. 🌬️

The service was amazing - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. 😊 But the real star of the show was the food! 🤤 We tried the Buttered Chicken and Chicken Biryani, and both were seriously the best Indian dishes we've ever had! 🔥 The flavors were so rich and complex, and the spices were perfectly balanced.

We also loved the Aloo Paratha - it's like a pita bread with sweet potato inside, which makes the perfect complement to the Buttered Chicken. 😋 The Handi Mutton was also a hit - the lamb was incredibly tender and not at all gummy. And the Pani Puri was a delightful explosion of flavor - the balance of ingredients was just perfect. 🤩

I always pass by this restaurant whenever I go along Osmeña Highway and wondered why there were so many Indian restaurants in the area

I tried this place because of how authentic it looks and not commercialized at all.

I ordered pani puri, mutton biryani, gulab jamun, and mango lassi.

Pani Puri - The tamarind sauce was bomb! Even without it the potatoes and peas are already flavorful 4/5 ⭐️

Mutton Biryani - This one tasted so good! However the chutney was too spicy for my Filipino palate 😆 4.5/5 ⭐️

Gulab Jamun - Out of everything I ordered, this takes me home. I always see people eating this and was happy they offer this. First bite was a trip to heaven, it was soft, sweet, and the taste is comparable to Bulacan’s pastillas but better! 5/5⭐️!!!

Mango Lassi - This one I didn’t know what I was expecting, it’s like a mango yogurt for me. It’s good but wasn’t my favorite so I’m giving it a 3/5⭐️ just because I expected something else 😄
