Dear Shakey's Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor hospitality, low number of staff, slow service, and rude staff at your establishment. My recent visit was not a pleasant experience, and I felt that the service I received was unacceptable.
Firstly, the hospitality provided by your staff was subpar. I did not feel welcomed upon my arrival and was not treated with the level of respect and courtesy that I would expect from a hospitality business.
Furthermore, there appeared to be a low number of staff members on duty, resulting in long wait times for service. The staff that were present were slow to attend to customer needs, and it was evident that they were overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with demand.
To make matters worse, the manager on duty did not seem to care about the poor service being provided. The staff members were also rude and unprofessional, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive timely and efficient service. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Shakey's fell far short of my expectations.

But this particular branch turned out to be different! We were not dressed up when we went there as we have traveled from the province of Laguna and one look at us and the manager Alan or Allen said " umulan ba?" Meaning is it raining ? He asked this question at least 3 times to one of his staff who did not reply as it was insulting and disrespectful to us! It was insinuating that we just came in because of the rain! Then he made us wait for a table and attended to a family who came after us! Then we waited for at least 20 minutes without anybody coming to ask us for our order, by then I was getting impatient so I called him over and instead he sent a trainee to take our order and the said staff did not know his products! The treatment we received was totally unforgivable! He should have not been a manager of such a prestigious restaurant! Read moreWe went to shakeys buendia to dine in because my sister is craving for shakeys and also to celebrate her birthday.,sadly we waited for too long and still we were not accommodated by their staff, i talked to the staff and asked how long will it take for to us be accommodated and be assisted to our designated seat, while waiting i saw that there are plenty of seats that was emptied and without customer was seating and the tables were left un-bussed , i think the store is lacking of manhour the management should do something about this as you were also lossing sales, 4 sets of guest including us left the store because of disappointment due to their waiting time and no one is assigned to accommodate all their incoming guest.
