We stayed here for a night to rest after a long, busy day and overall, we really liked the room. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with complete in-room amenities. My companion and I used the bath towels, and only one of the face towels was touched. We felt well-rested, and even though we had to check out early, we made sure to tidy up the room before leaving.
Unfortunately, our checkout experience was disappointing. The staff pointed out what they claimed were two small blood stains on the used face towel, even showing a photo sent to her by the cleaning staff, and told us we needed to pay a Php150.00 cleaning fee. This caught us off guard, especially since neither of us had any wounds, acne, or anything that could’ve caused bleeding. It honestly made us wonder if the stains were already there and just went unnoticed by everyone, including us, until checkout. We couldn’t help but question whether this was a legitimate concern (though, whose blood would it be?) or possibly an "extra hustle" on their part.
Since we had a long day ahead, we paid the Php150.00 and moved on, but the situation definitely left a bad impression. We’re sharing this as a heads-up for future guests: always double-check everything before and after using your room. While we still appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the place, the checkout incident was disappointing and something we hope the management reviews more carefully...
Read moreExactly what you need for a simple, quiet night in Makati on a budget.
We needed a place to stay in Makati for one night as we had a trip to Binondo early next morning. We needed a place that was affordable, clean, comfortable, and accessible yet quiet (close to Buendia Ave and the LRT and yet far away enough to not pick up all the noise from the trains and the highway), and this is the hotel that checked all of those boxes.
The staff were nice and easy to contact and book a reservation with; the room was clean and exactly what we needed in terms of size and comfort; the city view was pretty good; the wi-fi and smart TV were working quite nicely; and this is one of the few hotels that actually provide unlimited complementary mineral water via a water dispenser in the hallway. And it's very close to Cash & Carry, Amber's, and other food establishments, so dinner and breakfast are not an issue. We definitely slept well that night.
It's a relatively new business, I think they only opened this February, but I hope you guys thrive and maintain that same level of quality for years to come.

Read moreAlmost clean except for permanent stains on the beddings and worn out towels, but in fairness both beddings and towels seemed clean enough. I was given a wrong key, to make it worse there’s someone occupying the room when i tried to open it with the key i was given both the guest and myself were shocked, luckily they had the second lock put in place (chain lock). The description says the beddings is duvet but to my surprise it’s only flat sheet, i booked a deluxe room and they said for that type of room they only provide flatsheet.. but then again, had i known that from the start I could have booked a totally different room as i want a duvet since i easily get cold plus im a little bit under the weather during my stay and would really need a duvet.. told the staff they should update the description on their posting as it is misleading but they don’t seem to mind what im saying… i ended up paying additional 250 pesos per night for the duvet… aside from those mishaps mentioned i had a comfortable...
