Jollibee Cash & Carry — Restaurant in Makati

I always eat here since my house is just a few meters away. This is my last time to eat here. They served me a horrible sinangag rice, it's wet and seems like it was bahaw in tagalog and they just fried it and make it sinangag. But the sinangag is wet and you can't even eat. I don't know why it's always like this. I always disappointed eating breakfast here, their coffee is horrible as well. They only give you 1creamer. Don't eat Jollibee, they are too much. Their food is not as good as before. They also serve coke that has no taste. A coke that was opened for more than 24hrs that you don't even taste the acid. Jollibee is getting worst and worst. Their chicken is not as good as before. They even give you small wings for your meal. Better to eat at carinderia or cook your own food. Jollibee if you are always like this, your company will not prosper. Please be fair with our money. We spend money to eat but it's not worth it....

I just want to say thank you to Jollibee Cash and Carry especially to their crew, Axl We ordered at 9pm and I asked what part of the chicken was available because we were told that the chicken thigh and wing are available in 15 minutes so it's okay because I just adjusted the brace so the breast/rib is hard so I really don't want it I took out my order when I got home, I was very disappointed because what I expected was thigh and wing ,I chacked the receipt was punched thigh and wing, I contacted jollibee and the thigh part chicken was delivered to my house right away thank you axl it's people like you that the company should value keep it up and...

Service— 10/5. Very accommodating and completely followed my requests~Big Thigh Part ang 2containers of Hot Sauce. They called, tho i missed it. They texted instead when i missed the call just to confirm that the part that i requested will take 10mins. Really appreciated that.

Food— 100/5. They served fresh~meaning it still hot&warm, all my 3orders (No photo on the Burgersteak coz i'm really hungry that time and ate it immediately).
