Starbucks Alphaland South Gate Mall — Restaurant in Makati

I have been buying my coffee from this branch for three consecutive days, and I’ve consistently been dissatisfied with both the service and how my coffee was prepared. I am very particular about how I customize my drink, but it has tasted like water and/or just mocha syrup. There’s no bitterness from the coffee at all, even though it was a five-shot ristretto with light ice.

Starbucks at Southgate is mostly busy regardless of the time of the day. I usually go to this store early in the morning and despite being early, most days it is packed. The menu is similar to other branches, but one thing that stands out is their service. The team in the morning are warm and friendly.. never felt being rushed or ignored. Kudos to all the staff specially to SETH, very keen when it comes to customer requests.. always engaging himself in short small talks...
