RACKS (Paseo de Magallanes) — Restaurant in Makati

We have been going here for so many times already coz we love the ribs and the mashed potatoes. However last week, we don't know what happened but it was a disaster -- food wise it was average but my dad's order of the burger didn't come.. all of us were almost done with our food and still the burger was not there.. we kept on following it up and after some time the waitress just told us that there's no bun! We have to wait for the bun! I mean it's okay really we could have change dad's order initially if they told us about it but instead, they had to lie and cover it up by saying it is almost done! So service wise omg so terrible! We told the waitress to just cancel the order but she told us "mam sorry we cannot cancel coz your order was already punched in" like huh? What?! We can't cancel so what we have to wait 'til morning for the bun?! If my sister didn't raised her voice really then we had no choice but to wait or pay and leave without the burger. I mean my dad is already in his 70s.. he was so hungry that time and his choice was Racks! Imagine how disappointed he was! Mom luckily shared a part of her order coz dad was really hungry at that time. Dad was even willing to have the burger for to go but we can't coz the bun isn't there yet. They forgot to include some of our orders for takeout that is meant to be served at a birthday dinner.

I also tried contacting their number for direct delivery but never answered, not even once. Other food delivery apps aren't also an option since the food is marked unavailable so we directly went there to order the food ourselves, and yes it is available in store. Waited for an hour for the orders and my fault here is I didn't check the orders before leaving due to us trying to be at the party ASAP.
