I’ve been a regular customer at this branch for over 5 years, always ordering a Vanilla Iced Coffee. Since last year, I started noticing inconsistencies—many times I’d receive a plain iced coffee without vanilla. Because of this, I’ve made it a habit to taste the drink at the drive-thru, and it’s often hit-or-miss. Sometimes it has vanilla, but most of the time it doesn’t.
My worst experience happened on August 21 at around 12:30 PM. I ordered a Medium Vanilla Iced Coffee through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I didn’t taste it right away and transferred it to my tumbler. When I finally took a sip, it was so bitter that I immediately knew it didn’t have vanilla. We drove back and I asked if they could just add a pump of vanilla. Instead, they gave me a new coffee—but when I tasted it, it was still bitter. The staff told me they had already added 2 pumps of vanilla. I asked them to taste it themselves, but they were very hesitant. When I had my staff try it later, they also said it was extremely bitter, with no hint of vanilla flavor at all.
At this point, it feels like either your staff is skipping the vanilla altogether, or the syrup you’re using has become so diluted that it tastes like nothing. There wasn’t even the slightest sweetness, despite the staff insisting 2 pumps...

Details of incident: Dapat for delivery ung items ko 9am sa school ng daughter ko. 8:59 am, nangamusta ako and nagtanong ako kung on the way na ba yung food kasi mag 9:00 na, wala man lang nagtitext o tumatawag sa akin. The pokemon happy meal already ended last May26 but on your kiosk and online platforms they're still available so I though that is just the unsold items and pinapaubos nalang yung stock. But when I came to the branch and ordered in kiosk (there's still an option for pokemon card toy) they said that they already don't have stocks of the item (toy). They MUST ALWAYS update their offers whether it's on their kiosk or online shops.
