Cafe Namoo — Restaurant in Mandaue

Cafe Namoo is a good place with a spacious and aesthetically pleasing design, making it perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. The coffee they serve is of high quality and delicious. Personally, my favorite dishes are their Cajun Salad and Carbonara. What sets this cafe apart is the comfortable seating options, allowing customers to sit on the floor, which is a unique feature compared to other cafes. The staff members are friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Customers are allowed to stay for a maximum of 3 hours, but if you wish to stay longer, it is necessary to place another order. However, I must admit that the drinks at Cafe Namoo are not as satisfying as I would have hoped. Despite this, it remains one of my favorite study places due to the complimentary charging and reliable free Wi-Fi, as well as the comfortable environment.

Cafe Namoo is a great place to hang out, but the prices can be a bit expensive. However, the overall setup and ambiance compensate for this. It tends to be quite crowded on weekends, so keep that in mind when planning a visit. Although the air-conditioning could be improved, my only suggestion for further enhancement would be to play more vibey and chill music rather than just popular songs. Nevertheless, it is still a very good venue to spend three hours, especially considering the fast Wi-Fi...

I went there with my friends because I wanna share it to them because they're not from here. Lol I got so embarrassed when we were asked to leave after ordering drinks and foods that sums up to almost 1k because they said we're only allowed to stay for 2 hrs when in fact before I've been going here on and on when I was high school til senior high but was never asked to leave even when I just ordered a drink. We're asked to leave, unless we order more then we can stay. Like if that's the policy then we should've ordered one by one. The server was so rude too. My friends and I were being polite but she has this fed up attitude but still understood her. Then when it comes to pay we paid in whole so I paid through gcash and she just keeps moving her mouth in a way that she wants the payment to be fast! Their wifi is so slow! My data can't be reached there! But still understood it then when our orders arrived some of it are wrong! I've always loved this cafe since I was grade 7 now that I'm in second year college I strongly suggest not going here anymore. I never do these types of reviews but...

Food: 2 stars During our visit, we were disappointed to find that no meals were being served, and more than half of the menu items were unavailable. The establishment enforces a policy where patrons are limited to a 3-hour stay unless they make additional purchases. This policy is impractical when most items are unavailable, and bringing outside food is also prohibited, adding to the inconvenience.

Service: 3 stars The server provided outstanding service, deserving of 5 stars. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the cashier, who appeared impatient and sounded annoyed when responding to customer inquiries.

Atmosphere: 5 stars The atmosphere was exceptional, creating a pleasant and enjoyable environment. Despite the challenges, I will visit again, hoping that things will improve...
