Hi-Fi Family KTV Mandaue — Restaurant in Mandaue

Ambience is ok.. Staff have ok personalities but they never answer the buzzer.. Each room has a button if you want customer service but of the 10+ times we buzzed for the last 4hours of staying there, not even once someone came.. You have to personally go out of the room and look for a staff to order food/drinks or if you have concerns.. Major turn off of this place was there were too many technicalities.. Microphones were not working properly.. Took about 30mins for someone to fix it cuz no one answered the buzzer until we decided to go out.. I think they may be understaffed? I dont know.. And then our microphones constantly were low bat.. We had mutiple times changing of battery microphones.. And also the airconditioning was bad in our room.. People were sweating, we complained but the staff could do nothing temp was already 16.. I asked if we could change room but she did not answer.. At about 2hrs, temp was getting ok but some were still sweating a little.. There were plenty song selections but no updates.. Not much new songs.. I would be ok to come back here but considering there are many more KTVs to choose from, i think...

Positives: room we got was spacious and comfy; attentive staff, food is okay, for bar food quality (though the grocery-bought nacho chips were too salty because they added more cheese powder and topped it with grated cheese -- maybe to make you drink more) 😉. Negatives: too pricey (spent more than 4k for just 4 hours!); the songs are kind of limited for the listed artists; system is confusing with songs that are defective (delayed lyrics and skipping audio even when we stopped and repeated it); a crawling tiny pest was on the table (good that I spotted it else it would have gone on the sisig and we could have eaten it -- eeew! The drinks were not that cold (i prefer really cold beer-- who doesn't?), though the second bucket was okay. Still, I am a resto major, so my standard is kind of high in terms of service -- including food/drinks. I went in without prejudice on what to expect, but still came out a bit disappointed. Hi-Fi Family KTV in Mandaue is an excellent spot for karaoke lovers. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with an impressive sound system. Their song selection is vast, catering to different tastes. Maybe, in order for customers to continue to visit, they should at least add new songs. The food was tasty and delicious, making it a perfect spot for family gatherings or celebrations and offering great value and fun-filled entertainment.
