We had a fun experience in Chikaan. We went there to celebrate the birthday of my niece. It's very easy to locate, when you enter the Park it's on the left side. Parking is quite far from the restaurant since the parking outside is very limited so you have to really walk for a minute. The staff were very accommodating especially with the girl who was assigned to facilitate the hall. They provided music instruments for us to enjoy the party. The hall was well ventilated and that was good. Their food was delicious but to be honest, the soup they served was cold they should find a way to keep it warm so that the guests will not say anything about it.

The food is okay. I ordered chicken relleno and they gave us chicken embutido which is completely different but is totally fine. The waiter kept us transferring repeatedly from 1 table to another, telling us that the table that we have chosen has been reserved. After eating, nobody came to sit on the tables that we preferred to dine.

We had great time☺️it was my father's 50th birthday🎉 reserved table for 7 people a day in advance thru their Messenger main account and they reply immediately, and also assuring us that they will surely contact the branch we preferred. I havent received any reply the same day if the reservation was confirmed(which I understand, kay we're not the only customer raba hehe😅) So i did follow up the next day morning(fathers bday) and yey! It was confirmed! (Wasn't expecting that much because base on experience reservation thru messenger are not really 100% reliable) When we got to the restaurant it was full, and available table left is outdoor nalang, so I ask the waiter about our reservation in Messenger and to my surprise, the reservation was legit😍so (I really recommend it) the staffs were great, accomodating, and super friendly. We dined in at CHIKAAN Parkmall branch to celebrate my birthday and order set B meal. We are very dissaponted and would NEVER eat in CHIKAAN Parkmall branch EVER!!! again. Chicken tinola is very salty and very less sahog. And the Biggest scam of all is the crispy pata, the pata is delicious but they charge us with extra 200 bec. they served us with upgraded size which they NEVER! gave as a heads up. (If they informed us, we might have Opt to order for something else). We only knew about it bec. It was already showing in our bill. When we disputed this, they mentioned to charge it to the staff who took our order which ofcourse we dont want to happen. We paid the full bill + service charge (which i dont think they deserve) because of what happened! To the chikaan management , please investigate! and i hope you NEVER ever do this to ANY of your customers EVER AGAIN!
