AWFUL SERVICE! This place is not worth the money you pay for. Foods aren’t special and rather not appetising. The menu is creative and offers a lot but the real outcome is a disappointment. The worst part is the service. They have insufficient human resource and will take you 20-30mins just to get to order and another 1 hour to 90mins to receive a simple dish. And if you get unli rice, expect to stand up and take it yourself as I said, not enough people to cater to your needs. Very inattentive. Gave the foods and forgot the cutlery. We ordered tortang talong sisig and had high expectations but we were debating the taste is more like chorizo or sausage swimming in mayonnaise. As we got the receipt, turned out they really gave the wrong order. I informed the cashier and she didn’t even apologize or raise the issue. Food was mediocre at best, but the service is awful. They forgot part of our order and when we told them, they proceeded to head back to prep area and complain about it within earshot of us for something they messed up; we were sitting right beside the prep area so we could hear everything. Also while ordering, they asked us how many cups of rice we wanted. We said two, but they kept insisting three since there were three of us but one person clearly stated they didn’t want rice. We only ordered two bottles of water and the last person wanted service water, but they gave us three bottles. When we asked for the bill, they said they would get it but they only returned when we had to ask again despite the restaurant only having 5 tables of people.

Extremely terrible service! We ordered just Ginataang Monggos and 3 sticks of BBQ that NEVER came even after almost 40 minutes. No one cared to check on us or update us on our orders, or told us, straightforwardly, that it would take forever, so we approached one of the staff and told him that we were going to leave because we were done waiting. We were even seated in front of the cashier counter, where all employees, including the manager who saw us the moment we came in, were just passing by, and no one even thought to take care of us.
