Angel's Pizza - San Sebastian — Restaurant in Manila

We are a regular customer of this branch (angel's pizza, san sebastian) and we are always happy of their service. But not until this thing happened, we found something in one of the slices of pizza we ordered. My son found a fragment of hard plastic like material on the pizza he was eating, parang nabasag na plastic clear glass. Just want to remind this store to be more careful in handling food. Just imagine if my son swallowed this thing..matulis po kc sya and pwede matusok ang stomach or ang intestine nya..diaappointed po...

The customer service representative is not professional. He is very arrogant and not helpful at all. He even blamed me for not answering the call despite me calling their landline to confirm my order, as stated in their message. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is inexcusable. After calling a third employee, they told me that my order will be delivered in 2 hours! This encounter with Angel's Pizza is a complete disaster. I am never ordering from this food...

Moved SO SLOW. We didnt know that they do not offer dine in. aonly offered take out and delivery. Had every delivery driver come in priority even if we ordered earlier, like 10-20 minutes earlier. Waited about an hour for just some pizza and fries. Had to ask twice for utensils, even had to ask to put the utensils in a bag since we'll transport...
