The staff don’t have a good structure on how they deal out their food.

Theres no announcer or structure of how they sort their meals.

Each worker seems to be placed at one station and if theres no possible task that worker can do they just stand there TRYING to do more to make the process faster but they dont or cant… when it gets busy they wont do orders in order they will do orders with eaase. This causes stuff to pile up.

They will get everything thats ready for each order and place it on the trays then even if your waiting for a small tub lf gravy they will hold the meal back.. chips will go cold and its just irritating.

If they did by order and actually had those extra staff in the kitchen making sure ordered were stocked and actually ready. Everything would go so...

Staff are unmotivated, tired and slow. Their manager is no better from how I saw their services during afternoon in a Sunday.

You would think they work fast and efficiently given they have so many people.

BUT NO.

Plus, their proportions with the food? Dreadful. Not worth it. Save your money. Find another branch or fast food restaurant to save money and time.

My experience: I ordered a supermeal and one spaghetti solo for takeout. My order got lost and was prepared slowly only after I forwarded my concern on the counter.

I waited 10-15 minutes and still didn’t get my order but a person who ordered behind me with TWO supermeals got theirs in 5 minutes.

My first bad encounter. I am a muslim and having my fasting. I ordered a take-out of Super Meal Letter "B" which supposedly consist of 1pc chicken, rice, spaghetti, fries and drinks. I told the cashier that i want a spicy chicken but I guessed she didn't heard me. I also ask her to change the drink to pineapple in a regular size only but she made it in a large size. When I got home, i found out that there is no rice given. So, me being fasting I didn't go back just to get a rice because I am so already hungry and the location of the branch is quite far. I hope they will be supervised thoroughly because the staff aren't so welcoming and...
