For ₱750 this is a great place with car park. The aircon is cold as well
Detailed: This interior setup emphasizes practical storage and functionality with a clean, minimalist aesthetic. The focal point of the room is a vertically positioned wooden shelf unit with four compartments, providing versatile storage for books, decorative items, or daily essentials. Against the white wall, the warm wood tones create a subtle contrast, enhancing the simplicity of the space.
To the left, a device that resembles an air conditioning unit or heater sits on a white surface, indicating climate control for comfort. In front of the device, wooden blinds or slats are partially rolled out, showcasing their design. The alternating strips of wood and transparent material suggest a balance between privacy and natural light filtration, potentially adding warmth to the room when installed.
The arrangement suggests an ongoing home improvement or organization effort. The combination of shelving, climate control, and blinds implies careful thought in shaping a functional yet visually pleasing environment. However, a more structured arrangement would refine the overall aesthetic.
Overall, this space prioritizes efficiency while maintaining a neutral, welcoming appeal. The elements chosen blend practicality with understated elegance, making this room suitable for both daily use and relaxation. A well-organized approach would further enhance its usability and...
Read moreThe hotel is more like a dormitory for students. The prices are affordable but it comes with some drawbacks too.
Cons:
Not at downtown. In fact, it is quite a distance from areas like Makati and Poblacion. Dining options for eating out are very limited too. Questionable cleanliness. I killed 3 cockroaches during my 3-day stay. No toiletry or change of bedsheet and towels. No garbage disposal either. If your trash can is filled to the brim, expect it to stay that way until you check out. A deposit of 500 PHP is required. Come prepared with the money during check in.
Pros:
Close to a LRT station Only 30 minutes away from the airport. A relatively safe area. The hotel is located in the U-belt area. Expect to see students and fresh produce vendors in the vicinity. Good prices, hard to beat Affordable laundry. Pay 170 PHP for 7kg of laundry. The hotel is very quiet. I hardly saw other occupants.

If this get deleted, see...
