Chowking — Restaurant in Manila

Love love love the buchi and halo-halo.

The service of this fast food chain is just average. Customers need do wait 5-10 minutes. Just normal waiting time. But I must advise its customers to be careful. I had observe one time an encounter between a customer and one of chowking legarda conversing next to our table. The customer was complaining regarding their chowfan. They had to change and serve him 2-3 times of chowfan because ALLEGEDLY the chowfan was no longer fresh or in other words already rotten. The customer ended up going home due to his frustration. We dont want to experience food poisoning right? Health is wealth

Another experience my friend and I had was that MY FRIEND WAS SERVED WITH A PORK SIOMAI INSTEAD BEEF SIOMAI due to the negligence of their employees. The manager had to apologize for the mistake. BEING A MUSLIM, we're not allowed to eat pork. So fellow MUSLIMS and practitioners of other religions who are likewise prohibited from eating pork like the SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS, PLEASE o watch out for the food being served to you in this specific branch.

I am not trying to destroy their reputation. I DONT HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST CHOWKING. THIS IS JUST PURELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF REVIEWING THE FAST FOOD CHAIN. Just...

It was a tiring day and we chose Chowking for dinner. However, it is sad to see pieces of cooked rice mixed with your chili oil. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the manager tried to reason with me. First of all, the grains of rice shouldn't be there. Our child have consumed half of the chili oil thereafter realizing that the rice was mixed therewith. How can we be sure if the chili oil has been used.

And may I suggest that you have your food served on your customers's tables instead of us getting it ourselves. We find it disgusting that when you get our food over the claiming area, the salivas of other customers and delivery drivers are all over the food because they are discussing there in front and over the foods to be claimed....
