This has to be the worst Jollibee branch I’ve ever been to. The service is ridiculously slow—be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more just for a simple order, even when there aren’t many customers around. The staff seem lost and completely disorganized, moving at a painfully slow pace while looking confused the whole time.
On top of that, they keep messing up orders—either giving you the wrong food or forgetting something altogether. And good luck getting any help because they either ignore you or act like they couldn’t care less. It honestly feels like they have no proper training in customer service.
The place itself is just as bad—dirty tables, uncleared trays, and an overall messy atmosphere. If you’re looking for a quick and hassle-free meal, stay far away from this branch unless you want to test your patience.

My Response to Jollibee's reply: Thanks for responding, but based on other reviews, this has been an ongoing issue for a while now. It’s not just a one-time bad experience—it happens way too often. Slow service, disorganized staff, and constant order mistakes shouldn’t be something customers have to deal with, especially from a big fast-food chain like Jollibee.
