KFC — Restaurant in Manila

During my recent 3 week visit to the Philippines. I had a deeply disappointing experience at this KFC branch.

I witnessed an instance of clear discrimination when a customer not dressed in a good manner, patiently waited his turn to order. When he approached the counter, the staff rudely directed him to use the kiosk to place his order. However when it was my turn I was not asked to use the kiosk and was allowed to order. This behavior clearly indicated a bias based on the customers appearance.

Me and my gf went to kfc in pureza for breakfast today and ordered hotshots and am steak breakfast. As soon as we ate the food my gf noticed that the rice was a little to wet and because of the gravy. Because the gravy was separated. What i noticed is the egg tasted a little too different. After we finished eating my gf went too work and i went home. But my gf started getting a stomach ache and would like to puke. I'm also experiencing stomach ache and also puke. Now my gf was not able to go to work because of the stomach pains. Was not able to take pictures since this only happened once. But we will never eat again at kfc...

We ordered Fried Chicken but we had to ask for gravy on the counter which brings us to the second point Their gravy dispenser is broken, making the gravy splatter on my clothes. We would have known if only they put a notice or warn us about it The comfort room had a foul odor There are no security guard, hence the increased number of destitute people, I understand if people who are in need would ask for alms but we just got our food swiped by one of them, making the environment unsafe...
