We booked a KTV room online where they required a 50% downpayment, we payed it and arrived at the location just to find out that on their end the reservation was "Not Paid" even though we already paid. Apparently, this wasn't the first time this happened so we had to pay again, in full. According to them, they'll message us within a week to clear up the issue. We ensured multiple times what would happen if the payment went through, how would we get the money back, according to them they'll message us. The next day we received a message that the payment went through however they won't be able to give us the whole amount as the rest were a fee for the bank. EXCUSE ME? Through our whole conversation at the cashier, there was no mention of a fee being deducted from our payment. Another thing was the service, the server had an awful attitude from the moment we arrived, due to the complications of our reservation, the KTV room was prepared late. Upon entry, the room was hot despite the airconditioning and there were chicken bones on the floor even though we just entered the room, their fan was broken as it made a screaching sound while working. This is honestly one of the best hangout spots we’ve ever been to. The place is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy, whether with friends, family, or even coworkers. The staff are super accommodating and very friendly — they really make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until the time you leave. Their KTV rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and neatly arranged, which makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.

The atmosphere is cozy and fun, and it’s the kind of place where you can easily spend hours just laughing, singing, and bonding with the people you’re with. What really stands out is how everything feels organized and thoughtfully set up — from the sound system to the seating arrangement, everything adds to the enjoyment.

On top of that, they also have a parking lot, which is such a big plus for those who are bringing their own vehicles. It’s convenient and hassle-free, which makes the visit even more stress-free.

♠️ Place - so their place is located at the 11th floor but you need to go up to reach the top and their open area. They have closed aread with live band @ 11th floor and it was closed. I appreciate that it was cool and lively. Their comfort room, to be honest, was dirty. But if you're looking for a chill out place then it's the place to be.

♥️ Staff - we were seated/located at the 12th floor and the staffs are only limited. I hope they can more staffs to attend the needs of the customers. But I really appreciate the service that was provided during our stay. Some staff are really friendly. But the serving time is really s long wait. And when we are already billing out, it took some time to provide it to us so we just went to the cashier so we can check out immediately.

♣️ 1st time going to a bar located at the top of a building and it's really something else. Went here on a Saturday night, it was a bit crowdy. My best advise is for you to go here early, so you can choose the best seat. Somehow needs...
