Jollibee what happened?! All Your store managers during the 80's and 90's used to be so decent and polite. Never met or encountered an arrogant store manager then.. But now, you may want to re-evaluate your store manager for the grave yard shift.. I was told that the name of the Jollibee Store Manager Stop & Shop branch is RYAN.. I AM A PWD with a valid ID however just forgot to bring the physical card itself as I forgot to take it from my Own vehicle (we were using my eldest son's SUV). Although I do have a photo of my PWD ID (FRONT & BACK) on my phone but this arrogant store manager arrogantly stated that he needs the physical card otherwise no discount will be provided.. I requested for the store managers consideration and told him that I am s frequent customer of the store but I was simply not provided the courtesy I deserve..
HOPING THAT JOLLIBEE FOODS WILL NOTICE THIS REVIEW OF MINE AND RE-EVALUATE THE STORE MANAGER POSITION OF THIS RYAN.. THE WAY THIS RYAN ARROGANTLY TALKS WITH ME MAKES ME FEEL AS IF IM A BEGGAR ASKING FOR ALMS.. I WAS HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF MY 2 SONS AND OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!
JOLLIBEE FOODS INC., I HOPE THAT YOUR STORE MANAGER FOR THE STOP & SHOP BRANCH BE DEMOTED OTHERWISE THIS REVIEW WILL BE PART OF THE...
Read moreHave been frequenting the place a lot lately for my "mid-night snacks" which is between 11pm to 2am and have observed them to be consistent with regards the average time they handle your orders (for walk-in customers like me) as expected from a fast food chain. They do accept advance orders which I haven't tried and they accept GCash payments over the counter as well. For customers that are not familiar with the location and concerned about safety, The Manila Police Precint station #8 is very visible from the store though no actual police visibility in the area.. I have visited this place using a motorcycle hence parking is not a problem which is the opposite if u have a 4 wheeled vehicle as the store does not have a a parking...

Whenever I am near this place, I normally eat in this branch. Although there is always a lot of people, there are enough staff to serve the customers. There is also a big place in the second floor. There are a few times, though, that I have to wait for a vacant table.
Generally, It is comfortable to eat my lunch or dinner here. It is the nearest place, too, to go for food after attending Mass in Sta. Mesa Church. It is also beside Mighty Mart where one can buy...
