Starbucks SM City Sta. Mesa — Restaurant in Quezon City

line was too long with one cashier open and surprise, of course, their terminal was broken, had to wait another 10 minutes, re-tapped my card twice. turns out the other terminal was working fine but they forgot to honor my PWD discount privilege. i feel cheated, they weren’t even apologetic. why couldn’t they just reverse it?

i then received my drink with melted ice cause i was waiting in the counter for 10+ minutes, and did i mention that i had my drink to go and was planning to wait inside their premises for a bit because i was just waiting for my ride BUT THEY DONT ALLOW TO GO CUPS INSIDE THE PREMISES WHICH IS SUCH A BS POLICY.

worst starbucks branch ever. never...

The branch is at par with other starbucks coffee shops in relation to overall dine in and ambiance experience. Just a little strict on the dine in or take out rules which they are specificy implement, if you buy it for take out you cannot sit inside to enjoy your purchased food & drinks. Unlike other branches that have no restrictions. Also, I did wonder why this branch does not have the usual take out packaging that most branches have, but instead will offer you to buy an ecobag to accommodate your take out items. Whereasvif you do not avail, you have to hold on to your purchased...

This is one of my most favorite Starbucks branch. I love how it can be a place for studying and socializing. The place can be noisy but not so much that people would be bothered. The guard makes sure that the customers' belongings are secured. The baristas take the time to memorize names and make friendly conversations. It's super near the LRT 2 which is a great plus. The comfort room is kept clean most parts of the day. The place is not distractingly cold unlike...
