KFC — Restaurant in Manila

We were very DISAPPOINTED with regards on service, product quality and food safety issue. Today was holiday the team must know the crowd plotting. It took us 45minutes to take the order. And 30mins for our food. The cashier handling cash then apparently he is doing to assemble the food. He didn't even inform us that the chicken is not available and wait for it. Then suddenly one of our chicken has hair on it. The lobby was so mess up. So many unbuss table. The guard took initiative after wards. We ask for the water and it took 30mins also to give. We understand the volume of customer, but you must know the GC versus Sales. Then with the SCD out of 20 percent it take 50ph only. Then if I didn't ask for our receipt they won't be able to give it. This KFC branch is located at Nagtahan, under the overpass going to Otis or Malacanan. The store is open twenty-four, seven but their night crew is very limited. They tend to leave leftover food and plates on the table and wait for the morning shift to clean it. I guess I understand it because not many people eat very late at night. The foods are okay and they sell absolutely the same menu as with other KFC stores in the Philippines such as fried chicken and rice, hot and fun shots, zinger, and many others. Terrible KFC Experience

I had the unfortunate encounter with the worst KFC branch recently. Joe, a qualified team leader according to her ID, was incredibly rude while handling cashier duty on 8/23/23 around 11:40am. What's worse is that her manager, "Sir Jo," as she calls him, who wears a gray uniform, didn't seem to care or take any action.
