Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Lourdes — Restaurant in Manila

This place has a dim comtorable lighting enviorment, with a simple contrast of Red, and Dark colors for the interior. Its a relaxing feel, the staff is friendly but don't expect them to take your order, you might need to walk to the other side of the restraunt to catch a Waiter or Waitress which is what I had to do and several others around me. The menu is very well put together with soups and salads at the front your Wings and other side foods as well as premium pizzas are located in the middle of the menu followed by specials and best choice, finally the deserts which looked great but didnt partake in this time around. The food is what you'd expect I wouldnt say its bad I had the Carne Chili Soup it was served luke warm. Along with my Large hand tossed Managers Choice Pizza. My Girlfriend had the Bunch Lunch Box or maybe the Lunch N Bunch either way its a very Minor satisfactory meal with fried chicken same as Mcdonalds or KFC Spaghetti Garlic bread and a side salad. Overall for a total meal price of 1100 Pesos maybe its best to order a different variety next time around. And maybe at a different establishment. We had our bday/gender reveal party at Shakey's Pizza Parlor at P. Sanchez Sta. Mesa Branch. Host is accomodating. But they have a POOR coordination service. We settled everything with the coordinator of the branch but they are not synced with each other. The host was not informed about the program flow we sent. We requested as well ahead that we will have additional food / extra food but they said we can settle it on the day. When we requested for additional salad, they can't accomodate because they said they don't have the supplies.

Next. I don't like that servers or crew's are not dedicated much on the event because they also serve within the restaurant then will comeback to the event. Some guests were already serving their own food because the crews are not yet there.

The Manager. Manager service is so POOR. She is branch manager during her shift, and I think she should also be responsible and accomodate the overall guests either in parties or within the restaurant. But in our experience, the manager didn't accomodates us and pass us to the host instead which is really a poor customer service experience.

The staffs are so warm and friendly. Not only to me and my husband but to our son with down syndrome. They even gave him a very nice stuffed toy. We ordered two pizzas for take away. Unfortunately when we got home, we noticed that the pizzas were not the one we ordered. So my husband went back with the receipt and still warm and untouched pizzas. My husband was informed that they gave mistakenly gave him the wrong order, and that our ordered pizza was already boxed and placed near the counter waiting to be claimed. The store manager was so apologetic, he gave a box of mojos free of charge. My husband loved their service and the way the went the extra mile to give satisfaction to their customers.
