French Baker has always been one of my favorites since their very first branch in Landmark. So happy that they have a café for diners. My son and I had a clubhouse and Soup in a Bowl but the corn chowder was a bit salty.

Service: We arrived with one table still with uncleaned. I personally walked to the cashier to give my orders. The cashier was also the one who served us and later on, clean the other table. I’m inclined to ask like other reviewers if this branch is understaffed? I noticed 2 other staff (one in the kitchen), the other seen then gone. Atmosphere: Frankly, the dirty table was an eyesore while dining This was past 6PM Friday. We were the only customer. Then a solo diner came followed by 2 diners.

Went back after 2-3 weeks to buy 2 loaves of walnut wheat bread. Since it was whole, I asked the cashier to have them sliced. 3 guys were at the “kitchen area”. One was moulding bread, another about to have my bread sliced and the last just standing. No other customers. The guy almost didn’t slice my second loaf coz he was busy chatting. I really don’t like giving bad reviews but this branch needs...

Calling to the management team of French Baker Robinsons Otis. I was just wondering as an avid customer of the French Baker brand foods, whether your restaurant side is not a priority for you? For years now I have been visiting Robinsons Otis and every time I tried to dine at your restaurant but the staff are unattentive it seems they are even happy when you walk away and whats more Majority of the menu are "Always Unavailable", it saddens me to see the state of your restaurant compared to other branches of French Baker. I hope the MANAGEMENT of this branch can finally notice the loss of business and opportunity they are...

This review is for French Baker Robinson’s Otis branch. Servers not very attentive. Its 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and no one was manning the dining area. There were two crews on break on one of the tables who did not even care that there were new customers waiting and did not even bother to call the folks on duty. LOL! We had to look for the crew just to ask for the menu and the folks on duty weren’t even doing anything. I am not sure if the branch is undermanned, has governance/management issue or...
