Hippers Bar and Resto Marikina — Restaurant in Marikina

After going here for a night out with friends, I really wondered it took us this long to try out Hippers Bar.

First and foremost, their staff are so accommodating and helpful. Since we are a bigger group than usual, we had to wait for a while but their staff ensured that we were properly seated. Tables and chairs were properly sanitized.

We were supposed to go to the nearby Wing Commander, but they were awfully short-staffed and full. Thankfully Hippers Bar is more spacious and there were enough wait staff for a busy Friday night.

And yes, the wait staff. They're like the life of the party 😂. With party music at full blast, expect to see them bust out their moves or shout random chants out of nowhere.

The food, yes, it's really better than Wing Commander's. Their serving times are faster too. But hopefully they allow us to let go of the rice next time.

Overall it was a fun, chill experience. Me and my friends will surely come back again. My only gripe was that the music's too loud at times so it can be difficult to have a conversation with...

Not recommended for unliwings. There are other place worthy. This was all about our experience. We tried their unliwings. The food they served was not hot or it felt not freshly cooked even the refills. The rice are also cold. Flavors are only outside the chicken and the flavors are not satisfying. To describe how bad it is, I no longer asked for a wings refill after the initial serve and 1st additional.

The glass they serve were chipped. We asked for a replacement but still has s chip on the glass. The service was very lausy, they serve food that we did not order only to find out it was for the other table.

While fries was crispy and freshly cooked. It was good.

We just ate and tried to enjoy the meal. It was very disappointing. Our bill was around 1,800 pesos for 5 people. Just to add PWD/Senior has no discount on the unliwings promo. We will...

This place is AMAZING!!! My friend from Marikina brought us here when we were looking for a place to drink. She did not disappoint us, we had a great time drinking and eating here. Very satisfied with the value for money. The appetizers here are all delicious! My favorite is their cheese sticks (heaven-sent lol). They also have Dj every thurs-fri (I think?)
