Tuk Tuk Thai Cuisine Marikina — Restaurant in Marikina

I recently visited Tuk Tuk Thai Cuisine in Marikina and while the servings were generous and the food was okay, my experience was unfortunately marred by some issues. After we finished our meal, a few of us experienced some stomachache and discomfort. We immediately reported this to the restaurant via their Facebook page.

Initially, the restaurant was responsive and seemed concerned about our experience. They assured us that they would investigate the matter and take appropriate action. However, it has been over a month since our visit on March 25, and we have not heard back from them.

While I hope that Tuk Tuk Thai Cuisine has since improved its cleanliness and addressed any issues that may have led to our discomfort, it is disappointing that they have not followed up with us. As a customer, I believe it is important for restaurants to take responsibility for any issues that arise and to take steps to ensure that their patrons have a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

dined in here on a sunday afternoon for lunch around 12nn

walang pila but there was only 1 table left. Place was small, spaces between tables and chairs were really tight but it was okay for quick meals when you're craving for good thai food

food was great, a little pricey but reasonable. Our total bill was around 1300 (discounted) and we were so full and satisfied

service was great! Staff were very accommodating and kind to ensure you are served well.

Although i had to mention that the fresh spring rolls were served last even tho it was supposed to be an appetizer lol

We went to this restaurant in Marikina City, Jan 2, 2023. It is such a disappointment to eat at this restaurant. The taste of the food was actually okay which is not the issue at this restaurant. The issue are the mice and cockroaches that showed up running around the dining area as we were already eating our meal. At first I can't believe that what I noticed at the corner of my eyes were mice but there they were running on the floor. I literally screamed a bit when I saw the mice. Then we saw cockroaches on the vacant tables as well. I called the attention of the staff on this and the only response she had was that they have already called the exterminator but since it is a holiday they haven't come yet. Well, they shouldn't have opened their restaurant until that issue has been resolved.
