I recently visited Mang Inasal BlueWave and unfortunately had a poor experience with their customer service and service quality. Despite the closing time being 1 hour away, they informed us that dine-in was not possible and we would have to wait 30 minutes for our food. I understand that there may be reasons for this delay, but it would have been helpful if the staff could have communicated this to us more clearly and provided updates on the status of our order.
I would like to suggest that Mang Inasal train their staff to be more attentive to customer needs and provide clearer communication about wait times or other issues. This would help to ensure a better overall experience for customers and improve the reputation of the restaurant.

Okay naman po yung pag serve ng food ng mga crew at sa mga new hire na cashier wearing white polo shirt na naka smile. Kaso nakakailang lang kumain dahil yung mga babae na nag aayos ng pagkain lalo na yung naka salamin nag bubulungan sila at tumatawa nung chubby na girl habang nakatingin sa friend ko kaya nawalan ng gana kumain friend ko. Sana maging professional sa work hindi yung parang nasa palengke lang na nag chichismisan. Hindi naman sa nag fefeeling yung friend ko pero nung tinignan namin yung paligid namin sya talaga yung tinatawanan at pinaguusapan. Tapos nung nag cr yung friend ko grabe maka tingin ung isang babae mula ulo hanggang paa.
