Jollibee Shoe Ave — Restaurant in Marikina

I ordered via grab for an ORDER FOR LATER(for 12pm delivery) as early as 9am (it was confirmed received by jollibee at the time i ordered), I requested for specific chicken parts for the bucket of 8 because kids would eat them and i think they have a lot of time to prepare for 3 hours. But upon delivery, only 2 were wings and the rest were breasts or ribs. They didnt bother to contact me that my requests werent available. But since that i have worked at jollibee before, I know they arent out of stock for those chicken parts i requested. I ordered very early because I have specific requests, but they still didnt accommodate it. I wouldve understood if my order was immediate. We are delivered buns here at shoe ave marikina then after they recieve complete the item i ask for there personel to put a time below the date and he refuse to put a date with an attiude saying put it on ur self but we are not allowed to do that whyy those working there was got an attitudethe gay manager reciever really refuse to put a time so we just go without the time on the date thats our company policies but he just ruined it. I usually say fast food joints are busy and you have to wait long lines. This Jollibee branch tripled the usual expectation on waiting long lines. Imagine the line is almost at the entrance door already, consisting three to four lines. Make sure to find a table FIRST before ordering or you will end up waiting for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
