Great pares, friendly staff but had a few misses
Saw the vlog of Chef JP (owner of Sarsa) visit, so I got curious :)
Their beef pares didn't disappoint. Tender and saucy. A bit on the sweet side for me but enjoyed it a lot.
Super clean place overall (no suprises as it is in Marikina). There is self serve filtered water and trays generous with condiments.
Good location, in a quiet spot in Marikina, just a short stroll to the park and market. Al fresco dining. Staff were attentive and friendly. Didn't have to wait long for the food.
Gave 4 instead of 5 stars as the garlic rice was a bit hard/old and cold and their chicken mami was a bit bland (The ones they sell in the public market food area is better and cost half the price).

Read moreYour staffs definitely has an attitude problem. Not just one but all. It could be understandable if your store is quite busy, but it is not. There are only 5 persons that are already eating. I am just about to make an order for take out, and all of your staffs are just passing by looking at my eyes and pretending to be busy.
