Here is a very honest review about this samgyupsal place as a customer who tried this restaurant more than 2 times. When newly open palang ito (beside 7 eleven store) maganda yung service niya and quality of food (meat) talagang meat siya hindi taba 🙄 compare today nung lumipat na ito ng place, pumanget! and this is very honest ah kasi way before when its newly open lagi kami kumakain ng friends ko here, pero ngayong nagbago na? never again! The last time I ate here is a month ago so very recent lang. Guess what? halos 4 lang ung staff! Konti lang sila magbigay ng dish and meat even tho the table is for 4 and more customers, tas pag tatawagin mo to request more meat, side dish or even rice? kailangan mo pa ulit ulitin ung request mo and ang tagal pa because very konti lang ung staff/waiters. Almost 30 minutes na kami naghintay for more meat just for them to give us a few lang (request for more than 2 pero isang maliit na plate lang binibigay always) nakakawalang gana kumain as a customer whos dining for dinner nakaka ruin ng appetite kasi more than 3 kami tas after maubos nung meat (siyempre lulutuin pa) maghihintay ka pa ng matagal tas very nakakapagod pa to keep calling the waiter repeatedly just for your request, and I almost look demanding or whatever because of it. Then yung meat na binibigay puro taba! tas I notice that they keep the slices very small para magmukhang marami. The options of the buffet are very limited too halos same lang and sometimes bland. Yung fish cake lang ung consistent na malasa at masarap as well as the kimchi and potato. Okay naman yung hotpot set rin nila. Main problem here is the serving of meat and customer service. This restaurant has potential, it was doing great before pero nung lumipat na at nagiba, parang nag downgrade na. I ate many times here nung katabi pa ng 7 eleven toh and I enjoyed it that time, but the worst experience is nung first time ko after lumipat toh ng location which is just near meralco rin or c&b mall. The bathroom is also dirty, ung kasama ko she was suppose to use the bathroom but her appetite was kind of ruin dahil may parang poop sa stall that night. Hope this restaurant improves! affordable naman price niyo perfect for students esp malapit lang ito sa mga schools, but with the customer service and things I have mentioned it needs...

Hyped by social media to make you think it's good. But once you're there nakakadisappoint. The food was average. Other cheap samgyup taste better. Hotpot was "meh" only one type of broth then you pick from the sauces to customize the flavor.

Unli wings is included in the 699 buffet bundle but it's just fried wings then you just drizzle the sauce of the flavor you want.

Masikip ang area. Not properly named ang food.

All in all if I'd eat anything with samgyup and hotpot. I'd rather eat...

Food: 1 star out of 5 stars Konti lang ang options para sa flavors ng meat, konti din ang serving unlike sa nakapost sa page nila. Konti lang din side dishes. Yung dip naman nila unlike other Samgyup Resto na may 4-5 options for dipping sauce, yung sa kanila 2 lang ang sineserve na dipping sauce.

Service: kung pwede lang sana magrate ng -1 star over 5 stars eh. Very disappointing. Worst yung service ng mga crew dito. Kailangan mo pa tawagin if need mo mag refill. Sa samgyupsalamat at romantic baboy, yung crew mismo lalapit para tanungin ka kung need mo ng refill or anything. Mga walang initiative. Also, kulang kulang yung siniserve nila. Kung di pa namin hinanap, di pa nila ilalagay sa table namin. Need pa ng 4-5 follow ups para mabigay yung refill mo. Ultimo tissue kailangan mo pa hingiin. Pati tubig, kailangan mo pa itanong. Hindi sya nakalagay mismo sa table. Yung ibang crew pa, bingi ata o nagbibingibingihan. Yung butane ng grill namin, twice pinalitan kasi wala na laman. Ewan ko kung delaying tactics ba yun or ano. Nung nagrequest kami ng meat, sobrang tagal iserve kaya di na kami nag follow up at umalis na lang kami. I don’t normally post reviews like this pero I need to kasi ang daming need ayusin.

Atmosphere: I gave 2 stars kasi maganda yung lugar, malawak yung parking sa labas, malawak din yung sa loob mismo ng resto.

Hindi na ko magugulat kung after few months magsasara na sila based sa reviews ko. Pero sayang. Sana...
