CA PHE SAIGON A successful relaunch and comeback of a family business.
Not all comebacks end successful, but Ca Phe Saigon beat all the odds. After a short closure for renovation, the relaunch and comeback sometime two years back, was a huge success! The comeback opened two more branches – serving hundreds and hundreds bowls of Pho and rolls of Spring Rolls.
Mama Rose (a Vietnamese herself) brought her cuisine at the Marikina Subdivision in San Roque without any big expectations. She just wanted to share with us her food. And the rest, has been history, and still is a history in the making.

They use fresh ingredients – you can literally taste it on the salad and spring rolls. The highlight of our meal was the pho. It was honestly the best; the soup was flavorful and the noodles were cooked just right (I'm sensitive to overcooked noodles). Last on our table was the pandan cake: an interesting gelatinous dessert with a more interesting glaze in my opinion.
Oh, and their staff are very friendly! They asked us to write in a feedback noteback – you'll be sure that they take customer experience seriously.
