Morgia's BBQ House - Main Branch — Restaurant in Mindanao

I don't usually go to Dipolog City unless I need to for important matters. Last weekend, upon completing ahead of time the reason of visiting the city, i decided to meet up some friends and had our lunch at the Morgia's. Morgia's has this "homey" feeling while you are inside their restaurant. The ambiance is relaxing. The place really is good for family time and bonding. Upon ordering, I just got a little confuse with their menu as it was not indicated if the serving is for group or just an ala carte, thus I keep on asking the waitress about it. Nevertheless the food was great. My friends and I had the baby back ribs, adobong pusit, crispy pata and chopseuy. I heared that they have one of the yummiest cake available in the city and they didn't fail us. We ordered mango shortcake and it is indeed one of the yummiest cake that I have ever tasted. food was okay. it was served quite awhile but understandable with the number of customers during the hour. but what i was not satisfied was the service. staff aren’t friendly and instead got quite indifferent when we followup for our order. the staff who served our food always has a frown on his face. they did not even served us plates and utensils like they did to other customers so we had to take it ourselves. they even forgot to make one of our orders. not even a sorry for that. they gave me the impression that they are only nice to “rich looking” and repeat customers. this happened this january. took me awhile to rate coz i was really disappointed that time. i might say something very negative. now that i remembered and quite calmer, i just have to rate them based on...

Everything was near perfect ❤️❤️❤️❤️ food was mouth watering and tummy filling staff were nice but some are not that smiling as a person who worked in a restaurant. I really can't help not to compare are but I understand and know that they are doing what they can to assist the guests it's just that they could do a lot more better ❤️ and I also expected that there will be staffs singing or maybe just a birthday song playing but anyways overall it was a pleasant celebration night with my family.
