Baker's Plaza — Restaurant in Naga

We paid an order (5/8/2020) at bakers plaza Naga for an order to be delivered in Pili for mother's day. On the evening of the day before mothers day 5/9/2020, we were contacted and informed us that they were unable to fulfill the order since the store is closed in Pili for disinfection. They only told us now and it is evening. They could have informed us earlier in the morning in which we could have agreed to deliver it on the 9th than on the 10th. The options they gave us Is to either refund the order or pickup at bakers plaza. Considering the quarantine pass, we will have to wait for 4 more days for any of these options. We have then agreed to deliver it instead on the 11th, and the day came and when we contact the branch and bakers plaza, we were told that the order was for pick-up at their branch in Pili. Great...
