BIGGS Magsaysay — Restaurant in Naga

We had the chance to dine @Biggs Magsaysay. I find it good…ambiance and location, it would be one of the best place to choose when get hungry, it is along the road but they have no enough space for parking. It is warm and noisy.

We ordered Tenderloin Tips, Pork Kebab with Java Rice, Smoked Chicken ala Inasal and a take out of French Fries.

Tenderloin Tips…it’s chewy and tasteful, you would love to order another. it can be served with single or double.

Pork Kebab with Java Rice…it is served with 2 sticks of pork barbecue and a satisfying java rice with atchara at the side. I love the main dish but the atchara it is too dry…it is difficult to swallow it if you would not have joined it with rice or the pork.

Smoked Chicken…this is Inasal in Biggs types of serving…you would like to have extra rice when eating this viand.

French Fries…it is served with 2 sauces the ketchup and the mayo at least you have a choice to choose which ever you like.

3 glasses of Iced Tea…it is placed in goblet and we find it too sweet…but nevertheless if your thirsty you’ll just sip it.

Over all…when taking orders service crews are polite but the deliver of your orders are a but slow…my husband first received then it took a while to serve the others…even the security guard of the store even served our orders but I find it having enough number of crews that’s where they fail…For its price I find it pricey for you can enjoy most of what they serve in a cheaper price that is also serve in other...

I've already tried their Legaspi outlet and there doesn't seem any difference with the quality of the food: they're ok. The physical aspect is passable, inspite the rather odd smell as we entered which did not smell like food. The cashier lacked in basic customer-interaction skills which infuriated my boss. My boss said that the cashier just pointed at things when asked questions or gave the briefest answers. The saving grace of this outlet was serving/dining crew Onin who was very accommodating and very courteous. The prices in Biggs is, of course, more expensive than a fast food. So it might be well for management and staff to know that when price is not an issue for customers who are already familiar with the taste of the food on the menu, what matters most is the service. (Gonna change my rating 3 years ago🤣) I suggest they should atleast provide wifi because my phone was struggling to get some signal or mobile data inside their resto, you need to choose a seat which is more closer to their entrance or glass window. Their food generally is a bit expensive compared to others but were talking about a really good food here. You won't get that vibe and comfort when you are eating in other fast food chain. Still of one my favorite resto when eating outside with fam and loved ones. This branch made their place a somehow better, compared before it was gloomy and non-aesthetic, but now it was a lot more comfortable and looking good! Keep it up Biggs! Definitely...
