Jollibee Naga Magsaysay — Restaurant in Naga

Every time I visit the Philippines, I am always looking forward to be eating at Jollibee, because in my country, there really are no affordable fried chicken options. This Jollibee is no exception when it comes to delivering the consistent quality of their renowned fried chicken. I have eaten at different chains, and Jollibee's fried chicken just hits different. It is also great to be able to eat and experience good service 24/7, as this is open 24 hours. Very interesting to see that much staff working late at night, probably 25 workers, in contrast to maximum like 5 where I am from.

Also, huge shoutout to the guard that was working here. He was an absolute champ, and recognized us the 2nd time we came to eat. He did everything from making sure it was safe around, to greeting customers, to looking over the parking and helping with that, and was sometimes even getting the food to the panda delivery drivers waiting outside. Gotta respect...

The experience was not good. We ordered a bucket of chicken, spaghetti, yum burger (double go large) no salt. I was told to wait for 5 minutes and was given a number for the fries.

We also waited for the bucket of chicken. But the issue is with the fries. After 5 minutes, i followed up for my fries and she was shocked because there's no more fries and she said that they put salt already. I was disappointed because we are in a hurry that time. Waited for another couple of minutes for the fries. Not a good experience.

Sobrang lambot na ng fries. Wala silang medium or large fries. Regular lang daw available. Tapos sobrang luma na. Parang ilang oras na naluto tapos naka tambay lang...

The first time I ate outside literally as they require vaccination card for all customers.. I don't have a problem with it since I am vaccinated but my companion isn't.. Services are good but I just hope they won't discriminate those who haven't had any vaccinations as vaccines are limited in the place.. If they require customers to have a vaccination card,, what happened to the freedom of choice of...
