Bad experience in this resto. We were 28 people and had the longest table at that time. Kept insisting they served 4 crispy patas when they only served two. They kept coming back to us insisting they served four. I asked them to check their cctv, then came back saying they saw in cctv they served three (ok, now, its not four lol). I asked to see the cctv myself but they can't show it to us. They finally said they will not charge us with that two crispy pata, that it's "Free" na daw..First of all, nothing is free coz those were not served. To insinuate that a customer ate the food and don't want to pay is super bad. Why would we lie about it? We paid a big bill, for all of us, why would we deny those two crispy pata's if those were really served? bad customer service. Will never go there again, especially in a big group like that. Before approaching your customer with such allegation, make sure you are 100% sure. My bagoong rice was served AFTER we finished the ulams. You handled the situation poorly. It was very insulting and a waste...
Read moreIf the food wasn't so delicious I would have rated it with a one star. The service was TERRIBLE. We were never told what was not available on the menu until the server came to take our order - and even then he had to go back to the kitchen three times to make sure what we wanted was available. Among the dishes we ordered, two dishes we didn't order were placed on our table. When I brought this to the server's attention, he said, "let me go check". So essentially, he called me a liar - I do not appreciate having my integrity questioned. At the end of our meal we tried to order coffee which we were told was also not available - the server told us to go the Starbucks if we wanted coffee. All in all, the food was great, but I will NEVER go back to that particular establishment again. I used to serve tables and bartend while putting myself through college - the job doesnt take a rocket science to provide proper service. Shame on management for allowing your front of the house team to treat...
Read moreThe experience was unpleasant. Firstly, almost half of the menu was unavailable. There were very limited food choices. It could be understandable if it were breakfast but we ate there already at lunch time. The servers almost always had a frown on their faces and barely smiled. Second, it took about 40 minutes—almost an hour for our food to be served. We had to follow up the order because we saw another table that came later than us already having their food. Lastly after all that, we were enjoying our food yet found the last piece of fish in our Tinolang Pampano to be raw. We complained about it and the restaurant said we wouldn't have to pay for it, but I truly hope this doesn't happen again for other customers. I hope this review will be taken into account constructively. Personally, the food is good. The...
